Remember kids, we need to eat 1 pound of raw veggies per 50 pounds of body weight a day for optimal health. That means I would need about 2 pounds of raw veggies, and a great way to get them in with optimal absorption is through juicing. Personally, I add raw, nutritious fruits in to the 2 pounds, but depending on your condition/illness or reason for changing your lifestyle, you may want to stay clear of certain or all fruits (ex. cancer).
