Too Much? This Is Not About Punishment Or Blame!

Hello, world! I hope the majority of you enjoyed Lynn's post on the basics of qauntum physics, but we are sensing that it may be too in depth for where many of my readers are right now in their spiritual healing journeys (which is OK). I know that you asked for "proof" of the idea that your thoughts create your worlds, but perhaps it is important to understand the idea that the world does not consist of what we perceive through our five senses. We can go into more detail at another point when you are ready. Personally, I am going to spend my summer learning the ins and outs of quantum physics, once the semester has ended. It is a challenging topic, and I want to be well informed as I continue to grow and heal.

Lynn and I are going to talk less abstract and more about personal experiences. She is going to explain how she healed herself from RSD, Fibromyalgia, addiction, etc..., and I will explain how I found Lynn and my latest epiphanies with her. Sound good? These posts will be next.

One thing I really want you to understand is that if your thoughts create your world, meaning your thoughts can create disease, YOU DO NOT DESERVE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU. It is not about punishment or blame. You did not purposefully make yourself sick. You did the best you could with the knowledge you had at the time. NOW, let us move forward with new knowledge that can create a safe, healthy world and us. Isn't that better than the alternative?

Feedback? Let's start an open dialogue. THIS is the key to healing and living a healthy life!

Back to classes and paper writing.

Happy Healing!

Ask me anonymous questions here! Great idea, Lauren!

Yes sometimes abstract is hard to get. Personal experiences are a good format to let the info sink in.

I'm reading "radical acceptance" which is helping. I have a huge amount of acceptance to work on right now with looming death of Zuki. hoping the lessons of that will help with personal health issues later.

I have recently gotten into the midset of positive thinking to change my world. I think that no matter the situation, the saying mind over matter can be applied somewhat. I try to apply this whenever I am having a bad day.

Hope you are doing well =)

Hi Honey, I am enjoying these posts a lot, and agree that personal experience is easier to take in--as you know those are the most commented posts on CSL! :)

I really needed to hear what you wrote about things not being my fault and that I don't deserve what I'm living with. Yesterday was a very difficult day, but this post was really encouraging. Thanks so much!

PS: I made my first green smoothie yesterday, it was pretty good. I don't have a juicer, but I do have my mom's blender, so I can make smoothies!

Hi Maria, I found this book easy to understand when studying quantum physics: The self-aware universe: how consciousness creates the material world By Amit Goswami

Hi All! I just watched an awesome documentary and asked Maria to post something from me to all of you wonderful, brave lights in the Universe! I want you to know how much I respect and honor all you are going through and dealing with including the medical community which can make you feel so very small.

Illness, disease, depression, anxiety are NEVER YOUR FAULT...do not let anyone blame you and do not accept shame or blame for any of this.

However, if you can use positive thoughts and imagery to combat what is going on, that is where you might get some miracles and pleasant surprises!

I will post something soon letting you know more about MY personal journey and how my healing and spiritual paths have led me to the most amazing places and people like all of you!!! Thank you for your strength and beauty ...we need more of that in this world! xoxo Lynn

Also...FYI, there are some wonderful books out there for helping you along. I have some on my website and two of the best books are by Carolyn Myss Anatomy of the Spirit and Why People Don't Heal and How They Can. Also, Sandra Anne Taylor writes Quantum Success which is a great guide for using the Universal Laws. And as always, Esther and Jerry Hicks' books are terrific. I love Gregg Braden's book The Secret of the Lost Mode of Prayer as well as his earlier books! That should keep everyone really busy!!! Namaste.
