Hi, healers! I have been having such a fabulous time lately. I have been really making the most out of this time before I go into the hospital (July 12th), conquering fear and the need for control while learning how to manifest my desired ketamine outcome (this I will elaborate on just before or after my hospital stay). Lynn and I have been working on the idea that the RSD/CRPS is actually gone from my body, but what I am experiencing is my body's memory of the 5.5 year illness (this is her intuitive feeling about my condition). That is all I am going to say right now, but I will elaborate on this point when I know more. Lynn has explained that it is important to keep things between you and God for awhile, because if you share before you know too much, they can lose their power.
I have been doing a great job answering your anonymous questions asap on formspring, so if you have a question, feel free to ask! I am happy to answer them quickly for you on formspring or in a lengthy blog post.
I was asked twice about my daily way of eating, and the answer to this question is rather boring. I am a raw vegan, so the majority of the foods I eat are fruits, veggies, nuts, and seeds. I try to eat two big salads a day (I love salads for breakfast), and I have a 16oz green juice a day. I snack on fruits and raw bars. Basically, I practice intuitive eating - I eat what I want when I want it by listening to my hunger signals. I don't follow portion sizes, I follow my body's needs. Because of this illness, I am VERY clued in to what my body wants and needs, so the answer to this question is rather uninspiring. I love roasted veggies in A LOT of extra virgin olive oil or flax oil and garlic. I like to see it pooling at the bottom of my bowl :-) I use a lot of oils, and I go overboard on the salad dressing. I have maintained a healthy weight, so I do what works for me. What works for me may not work for anyone else, though. I have a sweet tooth, so I eat a lot of chocolate, and when I am PMSing, I usually dive into the vegan baked goods. That's about it!
I just made a green juice with kale, spinach, green apple, watermelon, and a bunch of blueberries! So good! Any questions?
I was also asked about past lives, so I am going to elaborate on that soon. Also, I want to write a follow up to my relationship and dating posts on intimacy with your partner and chronic pain. Check back soon!
