Helpful Articles, Raising Frequency, and Epiphanies

Hi, healers! I want to share with you some great articles from the last week that I think you will each enjoy and benefit from.

Meditation Increases Grey Matter - This is great because long term chronic pain reduces grey matter.

Western Diet Promotes Depression in Women - You know I preach the importance of a raw vegan diet for a reduction in RSD/CRPS symptoms, physical and mental.

Thank you so much for reading and enjoying my crazysexylife.com post this week. I want to stress that all of these wonderful lessons I have learned over the past five years have been through help from family, books, and professionals (spiritual and mental health), especially Lynn Walker, my spiritual healer. This process isn't easy, and more often than not, we need guidance. I know I did, so don't feel frustrated if you aren't progressing the way you would like. Lynn does phone sessions, so if you feel connected to my journey and the work I am doing, you can contact her and see what she can offer you. Otherwise, there are plenty of options.

I am still working on some fantastic new awakenings, so look for an upcoming post where I explain these new epiphanies! For now, I am enjoying the fresh fruits and veggies the warm weather has to offer, my friends and family, and living in a great location where the beach is in my backyard. All of these things raise your frequency, so indulge! Only take part in activities that raise your frequency, including being in nature, meditating/praying, eating raw foods, experiencing love, being creative, ect.

Any questions for me?

Happy Healing!

Maria, there actually IS something I would like to see an article on. I am interested in the impact on partners of those with chronic illnesses. I'd like to understand how my illness must impact M, and what I can do as the ill person to help maintain a strong and powerful bond during the difficult times. I imagine it must be worrisome and hard for him to see me this sick sometimes (although he insists he is ok at handling everything).

Red, that is brilliant! I have so much to say on that topic, so I will get a post up in the next day or so. I know so many people, especially women, feel like we are burdens to a partner who is healthy. It has taken me many years so realize that I am not damaged goods. Thanks for the inspiration!

I know you will have lots to say on this, Maria, and I am interested to see it. I think I am fortunate in the fact that M is a health-care worker, so he has a stronger understanding and knowledge base than the regular person. Still, I am sure there are moments when he feels helpless and sad about my being sick.

I think an article like that would help many people in our situation.
