Supplements, Salads, and Snow - OH MY!

Hi, healers! Another 12+ inches of a snow storm hit NJ this past week. UGH!

I've been enjoying some amazing salads. I usually eat two big salads a day + a 16oz-32oz green juice (and whatever else I snack on). The more live greens, the better.

Shorter NOT enjoying a bath:

Addie eating a sandwich like a big girl:

Addie and me wearing our snow hats:

Shorter longing to play in the snow:

Remember how I said I cleaned up my supplementation regimen to the most necessary? Here is the list:

-DHEA
-Pregnenelone
-2 Adrenal Formulas
-Mag-Malate
-Multi-Vitamin
-Melatonin
-Spirulina/Blue Green Algae
-Vitamin D
-Probiotic
-Digestive Enzyme

Happy Healing!

Yummy looking salads! You should make a post with suggestions on how to make salads interesting, delicious, and NOT monotonous!

I take almost all of the same supplements, except for the digestive enzyme. I've debated on taking Vega with my fruit smoothies, but I can't rationalize the cost!

You and Addie are so cute! Enjoy the snow!

Hi Maria! Thank you for this post!! Those pics of you and Addie are the cutest!! Do you mind telling us what pregnenelone and Mag-Malate are? I might have to take bio-identical progesterone cream soon ... did you ever have to take that? Thanks!! xoxo

Great pictures! I was wondering- which adrenal supplements do you use? I use dr. Wilson herbal adrenal formula, (liquid drops) which I am quite happy with, but maybe you have some other good suggestions?

Thanks, Lauren! xoxo

Red, I literally just rotate on the seeds and nuts I use. And beans, too. Sunflower, walnuts, hemp, pecans, cashews, pine nuts, pumpkin, etc... I use two that I get from my doctor. Adrenal Support Formula and Adreno-Plus 300.

Hi, Mary! Mag-Malate is Magnesium and Malic Acid - two important components in energy production of our cells. Pregnenelone is a hormone that is involved in the production of other hormones in the body. I do bio-identical hormone replacement for all of my hormones right now.

Whoops! Amber, I answered your question in Red's paragraph.

Hi, Mary! I take all of the sex hormones that I get from a compounding pharmacy.
